Graphics should be in an anchored frame. The anchored frame should be placed at an otherwise empty paragraph that’s formatted in either the Illo or the Illo+caption format. Here, the anchored frame is gray to show you that it extends across the side-bar area. This gives you maximum room for callouts and wide screenshots or art.
Another good use of graphics is in the side-head area. Graphics in this area are often icons or small bits of screenshots. Insert an anchored frame positioned at the Outside of the column, left side.
